• Racing City Group Worldwide Limited is a UK-registered private limited company was Incorporated on January 20, 2021. 

• Has filed accounts as a dormant company for the past four years, 2022-2025

• Although the company is considered dormant the Registered office address was changed from 65 the Drive Beckenham BR3 1EE England to 126 Wigmore Street London 126 Wigmore St London London W1U 3RZ on 27 January 2025, 

• Australian MR JUSTIN LEIGH DAVIS was appointed director, a business strategist with over 25 years of expertise across industries, specialising in finance, investments, and operational leadership.

• Involved in sports consultancy, notably representing Saudi football clubs in negotiations.

• A former basketball player that represented his country 1983-92, 

• Masters in Sports Law from a UAE institution, and a PhD in international relations.

• In 2006, following the World Cup, he founded the ace Roma Academy in Melbourne 

• In 2015, he was implicated in Italy's “Dirty Soccer” (Calcioscommesse) match-fixing scandal. according to reports, he "was not found to have been involved in fixing a match, but to not have reported knowledge of such activity. Following an appeal, he received an eight-month ban from the Italian Football Federation and was fined around $50,000

Rosario Pelligra

• An Australian entrepreneur and Racing City Group board member, faces charges in Victoria, Australia, for illegal disposal of industrial waste. In December 2023, the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) charged his company, Fortek (Princes) Pty Ltd, and Pelligra personally for dumping contaminated timber at an unauthorized landfill
